To first obtain the QVI Points Access Q10, register as an IR with QNET and claim it from the QNET Virtual Office. With QVI Points Access Q10 in hand, you can purchase additional QVI Points from the eStore at any time in order to redeem them for the buffet of travel products and/or services on the QVI Points website. You’ll be able to choose from an ever-expanding range of more than 340,000 beautiful and luxurious vacation accommodations in hotels, resorts, condominiums, and even villas, worldwide. You’ll also have access to more than 6,500 cruises in 30 regions, and thousands of guided tours and adventurous activities. HOW AND WHERE DO I PURCHASE QVI POINTS?


Register as an Independent Representative with QNET and you will be provided with a QVI Points Access Q10, which is a one-year virtual access to the QVI Points website.

WHAT DOES THE QVI POINTS ACCESS Q10 INCLUDE?

The QVI Points Access Q10 is ONLY a one-year virtual access to the QVI Points website. It does not include any QVI Points, complimentary night(s) stay at resorts or Qupons.

WHAT WILL I RECEIVE AFTER GETTING MY QVI POINTS ACCESS Q10?

You will receive a QVI Points eCertificate and eWelcome Letter via your registered email with QNET.

The eCertificate provides information of your purchase and it is also stored in your Virtual Office for future retrieval.

The eWelcome Letter will contain your login credentials, i.e. your IR ID and a password. You will have to use this login credentials to enter www.qvipoints.com

WHY HAVEN’T I RECEIVED MY WELCOME LETTER AND LOGIN CREDENTIALS FROM QVI POINTS?


Do check your Junk Mail box to see if the Welcome Letter has gone there. We recommend that you mark all future emails from QVI Points as ‘Safe' so that they will go to your Inbox and not your Junk Mail box. If you have not received your Welcome Letter after 3 days, please contact customercare@qvipoints.com and we will look into the matter.

IS THERE AN EXPIRY DATE TO THE QVI POINTS ACCESS Q10?


The QVI Points Access Q10 is valid for one (1) year from the date of your enrolment with QNET as an IR.

CAN I RENEW MY QVI POINTS ACCESS Q10?

Your QVI Points Access Q10 will be automatically renewed provided you still have a valid IRship with QNET.

HOW DO I KNOW HOW MANY POINTS TO PURCHASE?


This depends on your travel needs and how often you would like to travel. You can take a look at the many options inside the website and note the Points value of each item by using the Demo login password provided in the ‘What Is QVI Points?’ page of the QVI website. This can help you decide how many Points you should buy.

WHERE CAN I PURCHASE ADDITIONAL POINTS?

QVI Points are available in various fixed quantities and can be purchased from the QNET eStore to suit your travel needs and budget. You can choose to buy one or multiple packages of QVI Points Reload at any one time.

WHAT WILL I RECEIVE WITH MY PURCHASE OF QVI POINTS RELOAD PACKAGES?


You will receive a QVI Points eCertificate which will also be stored in your virtual office for future retrieval, and a Notification with steps on how to activate your QVI Points Reload package.

WHEN AND HOW TO ACTIVATE MY QVI POINTS RELOAD PACKAGES?

Activation of QVI Points Reload packages is required within 6 months from the date of purchase.

To activate, simply login to www.qnet.net using your QNET login credentials.

Scroll to the dashboard at the bottom of the page, click on 'My QVI Club' and select 'QVI Points'.

You will then be directed to the summary section where you will find your QVI Points transaction. Click on the word “Activate” to activate your QVI Points Reload.

A pop-up will appear on the screen confirming that your QVI Points Reload has been activated.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF I DO NOT ACTIVATE MY QVI POINTS RELOAD PACKAGES?

If your QVI Points Reload package is not activated within six (6) months from the date of purchase, the points will automatically expire. Expired points cannot be reactivated or used.

WILL THE VALIDITY OF MY QVI POINTS ACCESS Q10 AFFECT THE VALIDITY OF MY QVI POINTS RELOAD PACKAGES?

Depending on the QVI Points Reload package you purchased, the validity will range from six (6) months to a year from the date of activation.

The validity is also linked to the validity of your QVI Points Access Q10. If there is one (1) month left on your QVI Points Access Q10, and even though you have just purchased a QVI Points Reload package with (six) 6 months validity, the QVI Points Reload package will also expire when your Access expires.

However, if you renewed your QVI Points Access Q10 the validity of your QVI Points Reload package will take its full term.

Example:

If you have a QVI Points Access Q10 that will expire on 30 April 2015.

You then purchased a QVI Points Reload package with six (6) month validity and activated it immediately on 18 April 2015. The validity of the QVI Points Reload package will also expire on 30 April 2015.

However, if you renew your QVI Points Access Q10 on 20 April 2015, your QVI Points Reload package will now have the full (six) 6 months validity, i.e. it will expire on 18 October 2015.

It is important to ensure that you have a valid QVI Points Access Q10 or QVI Points Privileged Access RSP at all times. Your travel dates need not be within the validity period, only the redemption/booking must be made.

WHAT CAN I BUY WITH MY QVI POINTS?

There is a wide range of travel (flights NOT included) options you can choose, from nightly stays to weekly stays at thousands of resorts worldwide; from vacation packages to tickets for tours and attractions; to cruises; car rentals and more. The wonderful thing about QVI Points is the flexibility and variety of your travel options. Just mix and match to customise your holiday, book and receive instant confirmations, and pay with your QVI Points!

CAN I SHARE MY QVI POINTS ACCOUNT WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS?

You can nominate a family member, friend or business associate to your QVI Points Account so that the nominee can also enjoy the benefits of using QVI Points.

QVI Points allows up to a maximum of two (2) nominees per registered QVI Points Account at no charges. Once the number is met, any replacement of nominees is subject to a fee of 14,400 points. Nomination can be made online at www.qvipoints.com under My Account >> Add/Amend Nominees.

Once the nominee is added, you may place a reservation on his/her behalf without having to pay an extra 7,200 points for Guest Certificate.

CAN I MAKE A RESERVATION ON QVI POINTS WEBSITE FOR SOMEONE WHO IS NOT MY NOMINEE?


You can also make a reservation on QVI Points website for someone other than your registered nominees. An additional charge of 7,200 points will be imposed for Guest Certificate and this amount must be paid at the point of reservation on QVI Points website at the reservation page.

HOW CAN I CHECK MY QVI POINTS BALANCE?

Login to www.qvipoints.com and on navigation bar at the top of the page, click on ‘My Account’. You will see all the details of your QVI Points balance, expiry dates, purchase history and reservations listed here.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL A BOOKING ONCE IT HAS BEEN MADE?

All reservations made on QVI Points website will have a cancellation policy that must be agreed upon prior confirmation. Some of the reservations are non-refundable or cancellable. Generally, you may be charged a cancellation fee of 18,600 Points, or in accordance to the amount chargeable by the relevant Merchant. All cancellations must be done online by simply logging into www.qvipoints.com and go to My Account >> View Reservation >> Cancel.

Please note that once an existing reservation is cancelled, the reservation cannot be reinstated. Should there be any QVI Points left after deduction of the same as a result of cancellation of a reservation, the balance QVI Points shall be refunded to your QVI Points Account within two (2) business days.

Unless otherwise stated in the third party Merchant's cancellation or amendment policy, changes to confirmed bookings are not allowed.

HOW MANY ROOMS CAN I BOOK AT A TIME ON THE QVI POINTS WEBSITE?

You can book up to a maximum of four (4) units in each reservation.

CAN I REQUEST FOR SPECIFIC BEDDING OR ROOM PREFERENCE WHEN MAKING A RESERVATION ON THE QVI POINTS WEBSITE?

While QVI Points and our vendors undertake to ensure that all reservations are taken care of, QVI Points and our vendors cannot guarantee the actual bedding make-up of the room or any special requests. These requests are sent to the hotel and are subject to availability at the time of check-in.

WHAT MUST I BRING ALONG WHEN I CHECK-IN AT THE HOTEL RESERVED USING QVI POINTS?

Each reservation made on the QVI Points website is accompanied with a confirmation voucher. The confirmation voucher will provide reservation details such as hotel information, amenities and facilities, guest name(s), room type, meals inclusion (if any) as well as the terms and conditions and cancellation policy. The confirmation voucher is emailed directly to your email address and a copy can also be retrieved in My Account >> View Reservations in the QVI Points website.

Please remember to print a copy of the confirmation voucher and bring it along with you when you check in to the hotel or partake in tour activities.

IF MY COMPUTER HANGS IN THE MIDDLE OF A TRANSACTION, HOW CAN I KNOW IF THE TRANSACTION WENT THROUGH?

You can go to My Account and check your Points balance. Any completed transaction would also be listed there. An email confirmation, with your booking details, will be sent to your registered email address. If you do not see your most recent transaction, you should re-submit your booking request. If you have any doubts, simply contact customercare@qvipoints.com.

CAN I LOG INTO THE WEBSITE THROUGH MOBILE DEVICES?

Yes you can. The website has mobile-friendly versions for iOs, Android and Windows devices.

Step 1
Purchase QVI Points Privileged Access from the Qualify eStore

  • Receive your eCertificate and a Pre-activation Letter by email.
  • The eCertificate will also be viewable in your Virtual Office (VO).

Step 2
Activate your QVI Points in your VO

  • Your Pre-activation Letter will direct you to a link in your VO to activate your QVI Points. Under your list of purchases, click the ‘Activate’ button to activate them.

Step 3
After activating your QVI Points Privileged Access, you will:

  • Receive a Welcome Letter by email, with your Customer ID and Password.
  • Receive another email with your Qupons, offering a wide range of exciting benefits, discounts, gifts, and more!

Step 4
Start planning your holiday at www.qvipoints.com

  • Login with your Customer ID and Password.
  • Search for your preferred holiday destinations, cruises, tours and activities.
  • Book, redeem and get instant confirmations!
  • Purchase more QVI Points from the Repeat eStore.

Purchase more QVI Points from the Repeat eStore.


Step 6
After buying your QVI Points Repeat Purchase:

  • Your eCertificate will be viewable in your VO.
  • You will receive a Pre-Activation Letter by email. Activate your QVI Points Repeat Purchase the same way you activated the QVI Points Privileged Access.
  • Use the same Customer ID and Password as before to login to the website.
